Tin Roof Cakes was founded by Mindy Bailey in 2016 and has been an all-hands-on-deck, family affair ever since. We have a passion for making your special occasion worth every bite. All Tin Roof Cakes are made from scratch with fresh ingredients– but it isn't all about being delicious. We believe that a cake should taste yummy and be beautifully decorated with attention to every detail.
We love any reason to celebrate! Tin Roof Cakes has created custom cakes and desserts for weddings, birthdays for adults and kids, baby showers, graduation parties, retirement celebrations, corporate events, bachelorette parties, holidays, gender reveal parties, and more!

POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Tin Roof Cakes requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to book. However, should your event get cancelled or dates change, you may use your deposit towards another custom creation.
The remaining balance due one week prior to your event date. No additional requests or changes may be made after the final payment is submitted.
DIETARY NEEDS AND ALLERGENS
Our cakes contain wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts (in pecan and peanut butter options) and soy. Cakes may contain traces of tree nuts and peanuts.
We can accommodate a number of allergies, dietary needs, and special requests including dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free, etc. We do our best to control cross-contamination. However, please note that due to the volume of projects at any given time, we can’t guarantee that cross-contamination won’t happen.
Our #1 goal is to bring your vision to life. Example images, mood boards, and other inspiration are extremely helpful to our team. Design collaboration is important to us, but please note that TRC holds all creative rights.
